NextHome, Inc. (“NextHome” or “us” or “we”) values our relationship with you and your privacy. This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) describes how NextHome collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes the personal information described in this Policy in connection with the NextHome Events website at events.nexthome.com (the “Site”), as well as the rights and choices individuals have regarding such personal information.

NextHome is a progressive real estate franchise and operates through a franchise system. Our brokerage offices are owned and operated by franchisees, which are independent businesses. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of NextHome real estate brokers or their sales associates or to any websites or mobile applications they may independently operate. Please consult with our franchisees and sales associates to learn more about their privacy practices.

This Policy is specific to the Events Site. It does not replace the Privacy Policy for www.nexthome.com or other NextHome online properties, which may collect different categories of information (for example, account, listing, or advertising data) under their own notices.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the personal information that NextHome processes regarding:

• Users of the Events Site (events.nexthome.com) where this Policy is posted, and the limited services we provide through it (for example, browsing event information and submitting the contact form) (collectively, the “Services”);
• Individuals who communicate with us through the Site’s contact form or by email about NextHome events, sponsorship, or related questions;
• Individuals who register for and/or apply to participate in our events and programs when that registration is handled by NextHome (registration may also occur on separate event microsites or third-party registration providers—see Section 8);
• Individuals who are subscribed to receive news, information, and marketing communications from us relating to events, where applicable; and
• Individuals who communicate with us or otherwise engage with us related to our Services.

Not In Scope. This Policy does not apply to job applicants and candidates who apply for employment through our job application portal, or to employees and non-employee workers, whose personal information is subject to different privacy notices.

Your use of our Services and Site, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Policy and, where applicable, our Terms of Service on nexthome.com, including its applicable limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes. Our Terms of Service are incorporated by reference into this Policy to the extent they apply.

2. Personal Information Collection

We collect information directly from you, from third parties, and by automated means as set out below.

A. Personal Information Collected Directly.

The personal information that we collect and process will vary depending upon the circumstances and how you interact or engage with us, but generally includes:

• Contact / Support Information: If you use the Site’s contact form, we collect your name, email address, message, and, if you opened the form from an event or sponsorship context, an optional event label (for example, an event title). We use this information to respond to your inquiry and may maintain the email correspondence. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (a challenge that helps us verify that submissions are made by humans) and may include a hidden honeypot field used only to flag likely automated spam. Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information that you do not wish for NextHome or our service providers to have access to or use.
• Communications Information: If you subscribe to our mailing list or email us, we may keep your messages, email address, and contact information to respond to your requests, provide the requested products or Services, and provide notifications or other correspondences to you. If you do not want to receive communications from us in the future, please let us know by sending us an e-mail requesting the same to memberservices@nexthome.com.
• Events and Other Programs: For example, if you register for or attend an event that we host or sponsor, including summits and webinars, we may collect information related to your registration for and participation in such an event.
• Account registration, Agent payment/billing portals, IDX/property-search accounts, and similar features described in the main nexthome.com Privacy Policy are not offered on the Events Site.

B. Personal Information from Third Parties Sources.

We collect information about you from other sources, such as public sources, business partners, and other third parties. For example, we may collect information such as:

• Vendors and Service Providers: We outsource some of our operations to our service providers and vendors in order to provide and operate our Services. They may collect and provide us with information such as IP addresses, unique identifiers, and other user activity information.
• Event registration and hotel partners: If you follow a Register or hotel booking link from the Site, the destination site (for example, an event microsite operated by NextHome, or a hotel group-booking page operated by Hyatt) may collect information under its own privacy notice. We may later receive registration or attendance-related information from those operators in connection with running the event.
• Lead Information; Social Media; Public Information — same principles as on nexthome.com to the extent you interact with us off-Site.

C. Personal Information We Collect Automatically or Derive.

When you use the Site, our hosting and security providers (including Cloudflare) may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, date/time of requests, and similar log data needed to deliver pages, protect against abuse, and operate the Services. The Events Site does not currently load third-party advertising or analytics pixels (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel). See our Cookie Policy for details about cookies and similar technologies.

3. Purposes of Collection and Use

In general, we use personal information for the purposes set forth below:

• Providing Services and Support: To provide and operate our Services and Site, communicate with you about your use of the Services and Site, provide troubleshooting and technical support, respond to your inquiries and requests, communicate with you, and for similar service and support purposes.
• Communicating With You About the Services: For example, to send notices, updates, security alerts, and other administrative messages.
• Events operations: To administer NextHome events and sponsorship inquiries, including routing contact-form messages to the appropriate NextHome team.
• Analytics and Improvement: To better understand how users access and use the Services and Site, and for other research and analytical purposes, such as to evaluate and improve our services and business operations. On the Events Site this is primarily through server/edge logs and operational metrics, not marketing analytics cookies.
• Security and Protection of Rights: To protect the Services and our business operations, including to prevent and detect fraud, misuse, and unauthorized activities (including via Turnstile, rate limiting, and related controls).
• Complying with Legal Obligations. To comply with the law or legal proceedings.
• General Business Operations: Where necessary to the administration of our general business, accounting, recordkeeping, and legal functions.

Aggregate and non-identifiable data. We may also derive, use, and disclose aggregate, anonymous, and other non-identifiable data related to our business and the Services for quality control, analytics, research, development, and other purposes.

4. Disclosures of Personal Information

In order to provide and improve our Services, respond to your requests, and for the purposes described above, we may disclose your personal information to others, including:

• Our Affiliates and Subsidiaries: We may share and process personal information with our subsidiaries and affiliates, who will use and disclose this personal information in accordance with the principles of this Policy.
• Service Providers: Vendors that help us operate the Site and contact form—for example, Cloudflare (website hosting/Workers, Turnstile bot management, email delivery, and, on preview environments, Access authentication). Contact-form submissions are delivered by email to configured NextHome recipients and are not stored in an application database on the Events Site as currently built.
• Event and venue partners as needed to run a specific event (for example, registration or hotel room-block operators), when you choose to use their services or when we share information needed for event logistics.
• Other disclosures described in the nexthome.com Privacy Policy (business transfers, legal compliance, safety) remain applicable in principle.

5. Cookies, Targeting, and Analytics

We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy for the Events Site. Unlike www.nexthome.com, the Events Site does not currently use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, HubSpot forms, Google Maps embeds, or embedded YouTube/Vimeo players. Please see the Cookie Policy for the technologies that do apply (including Cloudflare Turnstile and infrastructure cookies).

6. Your Privacy Choices

Users have several choices regarding their personal information and privacy preferences, as described in this section.

Marketing Communications: We may send periodic promotional emails to you. You may opt out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email or emailing us at memberservices@nexthome.com. Please note that it may take up to ten (10) business days for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt out of receiving promotional emails, we may still send you emails about a request you submitted (for example, a response to your contact-form message).

We may retain the personal information we receive about you for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill our contractual and legal obligations, or as otherwise permitted by law.

7. Information About Children

Our Site and Services are not intended for minors under the age of 13. We do not knowingly or specifically collect information about minors under the age of 13. If you believe we have unintentionally collected such information, please notify us at memberservices@nexthome.com and we will take action as necessary to securely delete such information.

8. Third-Party Sites and Services

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. Any access to and use of such linked websites is not governed by this Policy, but instead is governed by the privacy policies of those third-party websites. We are not responsible for the information practices of such third-party websites.

Examples of outbound links from the Events Site include: NextHome event microsites (such as 2027orlando.nexthome.com and 2027nashville.nexthome.com) used for registration and event details; Hyatt group-booking pages for hotel room blocks; and www.nexthome.com. The Events Site does not currently embed or link directly to RegFox; if that changes, those providers’ privacy notices will apply to data you submit to them.

9. Security

We have implemented safeguards and technical measures to protect the personal information that we have under our control from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security.

The Events Site does not offer end-user password accounts. Staff-only preview or administrative access, where used, may be protected with Cloudflare Access.

10. Changes to This Policy

NextHome may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of this Privacy Notice will govern our use of your information and will be located on the Events Site (for example, at /privacy-policy (and related notices we publish)). You may contact us to obtain prior versions.
